The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI), which was established to recognise and honour organisations with superior HR practices, was awarded the Human Resource Achievers Award 2021 here on Wednesday.
Sunil Sharma, Special Chief Secretary to Telangana Energy Department, gave out the prizes and noted that an organization's human resources are crucial to its success and that an employee work to their greatest capacity in an encouraging setting.
On this occasion, a report on HR Best Practices Report containing information on people practices was published. According to FTCCI, it is devoted to providing industry insights on popular HR practices across a range of industries.
