Happy Teacher's Day
Teachers have a significant influence on how we live. They assist in our education, and mould our thoughts and personalities, most importantly, they improve us as great human beings.
The birthday of Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, one of history's most notable statesmen, is commemorated each year on September 5 as Teachers' Day to recognise their enormous teacher contribution.
Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was an Indian politician and philosopher who served as the 4th Vice-Chancellor of Banaras Hindu University from 1939 to 1948 and the 2nd Ambassador of India to the Soviet Union from 1949 to 1952. In addition, India's first vice president was from 1952 to 1962 and as well as the second president from 1962 to 1967.
Both teachers and students respect the day, which is commemorated at schools and colleges with events and celebrations on this day. The intention is to remember and recognize the importance of the role teachers play in shaping students' personal and professional lives.
Happy Teacher's Day to all teachers.
