Leena Nair is a British-Indian business executive who is the Global CEO of Chanel. Nair previously served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Unilever and was a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive.

Leena Nair is the second woman of Indian ancestry to take over as worldwide CEO of a firm, following Pepsico's former CEO Indra Nooyi. Indra Nooyi happens to be her mentor.

Nair formerly worked as a non-executive director in the British government's business, energy, and industrial strategy department.

Chanel's global CEO has recently been named Leena Nair. She will begin in her new position in January 2022 and will be headquartered in London. According to a statement issued by the French luxury house, the new appointments will ensure Chanel's long-term success as a private firm.

Nair was named Unilever's "first female, first Asian, and youngest ever" chief human-resources officer in 2016. Nair was named Chanel's chief executive officer in December 2021. She is a protégé of Indra Nooyi, the former CEO of PepsiCo.
